The apartments

The two 36m² identically furnished apartments are located on the first floor (GB: ground floor) and second floor (GB: first floor) of a building completed in late 2024 and feature a terrace or balcony (12m²) with stunning views. Each consists of a bedroom for two people, a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, pots, pans, dishes, etc.), and a living area with a fold-out sofa and TV (Netflix). The sofa can be used as a bed for a third person.

Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, and ceiling fans are provided in the living area and bedroom. Each bathroom is equipped with a hot-water shower. The first floor (GB: ground floor) apartment has a spacious terrace, while the second floor (GB: first floor) apartment has a balcony of the same size with a beautiful view of Río Ora and the surrounding mountains.

All prices refer to one apartment when booking directly through us. For stays of less than three nights, a cleaning fee of EUR 15 will be charged. Check-in from 3 p.m., check-out by 11 a.m. Late check-out on request.
