Some of Costa Rica's most beautiful Pacific beaches are located in the immediate vicinity of the apartments, including Playa Puerto Carillo (approx. 6.5 km away), Playa Sámara (approx. 12 km away), Playa Corozalito (approx. 13.5 km away), and Playa Barrigona (approx. 20 km away). One of the best surfing spots on Costa Rica's Pacific coast - "Playa Camaronal" - is just 4 km away. Camaronal and Corozalito beaches are nature reserves where sea turtles can be observed.

The internationally renowned sea turtle sanctuary “Playa Ostional” can now be reached in just over an hour by car thanks to a new paved road. It is home to one of the world's few remaining growing sea turtle populations. During the so-called “Arribadas Masivas,” large sections of the beach are covered with sea turtles laying their eggs in the sand—a unique natural phenomenon that can be observed once or twice a month throughout the year (the peak season is from August to December).
